Photographer's comments:

The Casino at Roger Williams Park is owned by the City of Providence and can be rented for special events, such as wedding receptions. It has two floors that are used for social events. The upstairs is a grand ballroom, with 20-foot high ceilings and birch floors. Roger Williams Park itself provides several picturesque settings for formal and candid portraits. Among them are the bandstand, a circular pagoda with Ionic columns, just behind the Casino, the Temple to Music, the Japanese Gardens, and the carousel. Most of these require advance permits and payment of a modest fee.
